The inauguration of Ganang Aditiyo Prakoso as the Chief of the Student Executive Board  (Badan Executive Mahasiswa, BEM) Period of 2012-2013 is seen by many as a truly historic event since the year 2000.

After a long time waiting, the document of new Chief of the Student Executive Board was finally signed by Mr Kusmayadi, Chairman of Sahid Institute Of Tourism at the inauguration. The ceremony was held on Friday, 3rd August 2012 at the Auditorium of Sahid Insitute of Tourism, Pondok Cabe. The event began at 10:00 pm. The event which was attended by the Puket, the Head student-representatives of each organizations in Sahid Institute Of Tourism, Jakarta opened by singing the Indonesian Anthem and Sahid Institute of Tourism’s MARS. The ceremony was continued by Aulia Nurwicaksono. He read the decree followed by Ganang Aditiyo Prakoso to read the assignment statement as the new Chief of the Student Executive Board Period of 2012-2013.

Boisterous applause filled the auditorium when those documents were signed by the chairman of Sahid Institute of Tourism.
The ceremony continue with a speech by Mr Kusmayadi, he incessantly expressed a sense of happiness because this is the first of  inauguration at Sahid Institute of Tourism since the year 2000 and of course gave some advices for BEM’s future.

It indirectly made us even more proud and proud to be an BEM member of period 2012-2013.
The event continued with a greeting, shaking hands and picture takings to congratulate the BEM executive board who has just inaugurated. Hopefully, this new BEM executive board can make new breakthroughs that can raise the name of the BEM in campus community and the general public eye.
