"RAKER" of Academic Year 2012/2013
Entering a New Academic Year 2012/2013 Sahid Institute of Tourism conducted “RAKER” (Rapat Kerja or in English,
Working Meeting), which was followed by the representatives of each UKM
at Sahid Institute of Tourism. Event was held on 8th August 2012 and continued
on 11th August 2012 held at the Poenormo
Building Room 303 at the campus site. “RAKER” was led by the Chief of BEM, Ganang Aditya Prakoso.
In the opening “RAKER”, the Indonesian Anthem and MARS
STP Sahid were sung by all participants and rules during meeting which has been agreed upon all participants were
clearly read out loud by the MC, Siska
Jeanette. The Chief of BEM confirms that what will
be decided later will
be implemented and evaluated and
improved to achieve satisfactory results leading towards Sahid Institute of Tourism.At “RAKER”, participants numbered 32 people consisting of all members of BEM and the representatives 13 UKM’s at Sahid Institute of Tourism. In “RAKER” the discussion topic was programs that will be implemented in each UKM for 1 year.
For that purpose , each UKM were called to show their presentations that discuss activities, consisting of: Their year plan of activities and the amount of fund will be needed to implement the 1 year planned activities.
From the opening session of the retreat session to discussion topics, the enthusiasm of the participants seem so high, it is apparent from the high input from participants, both during the commission meetings and plenary sessions.
